She had an extensive 25 year professional career which included playing the lead role in Peter Kosminsky’s No Child Of Mine which won a BAFTA for Best Drama and has appeared in many well known TV dramas. In 2004 she became a household name when she landed the role of Kelly Taylor in EastEnders.
She has also performed extensively on stage and her last professional production before joining Intertalent was working with Alan Ayckbourn in his world premiere of ‘Roundelay.’ In recent years Brooke has also become known for her avid campaigning against knife crime after her sixteen year old brother Ben was tragically murdered in 2008 and in December 2011 she was awarded an MBE by Prince Charles for her services to knife crime prevention.

In January 2010 Brooke also realised a life-long ambition by opening her own theatre school and agency for children aged 5-16 years called True Stars Academy, which gives young people the confidence and tools to develop their talents in acting, dancing and singing. She is passionate about nurturing and developing talent from an early age and starting people off on their industry path!
In 2015 Brooke joined the team at Intertalent as an associate agent to Stuart Piper and has since established her own client list.
