Brooke is a Company Director and Senior Agent at InterTalent, bringing nearly a decade of representation experience following a distinguished 25-year acting career. She trained at the renowned Anna Scher Theatre School—whose alumni include Kathy Burke, Zawe Ashton and Daniel Kaluuya—and went on to work extensively across stage and screen.

Transitioning from performer to agent, Brooke is driven by a passion for discovering, nurturing, and championing exceptional talent. This mission first took shape in 2010 when she founded True Stars Academy, a theatre school and agency for young performers aged 5–16, designed to help aspiring artists build confidence and develop their craft from an early age.

Beyond her industry work, Brooke is widely recognised for her charitable and advocacy efforts across the UK. Following the tragic loss of her brother to knife crime in 2008, she became a prominent campaigner for youth safety and anti-violence initiatives. In 2011, she was awarded an MBE by HRH Prince Charles for her services to knife crime prevention.

Brooke joined InterTalent in 2015 as an Associate Agent and now serves as Company Director & Senior Agent as she marks her tenth year with the agency. She continues to leverage her creative background, industry expertise, and strategic leadership to guide and elevate a diverse roster of talent.
