In January 2010 Brooke realised a life-long ambition by opening her own theatre school and agency for children aged 5-16 years called True Stars Academy, giving young people the confidence and tools to develop their talents. She is passionate about nurturing and developing talent from an early age and this is what set her off on the path to becoming an agent.

Brooke joined the team at Intertalent in 2015 as an associate agent and as she is about to celebrate a decade with the company is now a Company Director & Senior Agent.
