Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:

Minimum of 1-2 years full time employment in the entertainment industry, with demonstrable experience working with Talent and Brands.

Job Description

Role: The role of Head of Digital / Digital is suitable for an entrepreneurial leader who is an expert in the world of digital-first talent. You will be leading our Digital division.

 

A key position in building further InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Broadcast, Digital and Entertainment business. The successful applicant will be working within our unrivalled team in supporting our clients in reaching their full potential in finding opportunities through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to spearhead our push into the representation of digital-first talent. They will not only lead a division creatively & financially but also sign & develop a roster of top level digital-first talent.

 

Key Duties:

Developing your own roster of top level digital-first talent.

Building the Digital division which includes hiring & leading a team of agents.

Responsible for the divisions P&L and all day-to-day duties expected of a Head of Department.

Working with existing InterTalent clients to enhance/create their digital strategies.

Creating the annual strategy for delivery of budget and commercial objectives.

Delivering a creative vision alongside financial reports to the Managing Director on a monthly basis.

Be proactive and build strong relationships with partners.

Develop the reputation of InterTalent Digital as a leading option for first class digital talent.

 

Skills and Experience:

Outstanding knowledge of the digital, social media & influencer market

Strong experience as a digital-first talent agent or similar.

The ability to balance a creative vision with financial understanding.
