Role:
- Seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded leader to head up InterTalent’s Corporates & Events division.
- This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth across the full agency roster by securing and delivering high-value corporate bookings & live events.
- As Head of Corporates & Events, you will work across all divisions and talent categories – placing speakers, presenters, thought leaders, music acts and DJs into events.
- You will shape and position talent on the InterTalent roster to meet the evolving needs of brands, businesses and global organisations.
- You will lead on negotiations, relationship development and strategic positioning.
Key Duties:
- Lead and grow the Corporates & Events division, work closely with managers across Music, Creators and Unscripted, Scripted, Sport, Comedy divisions to unlock opportunities and drive revenue for full roster.
- Manage and secure event bookings including keynote speaking engagements, hosting, panels, music performances and DJ appearances, negotiating fees to maximise value for talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with speaker booking agencies, PR agencies, event agencies, production companies, brands and corporate clients.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop long-term event partnerships.
- Build event strategies for the full roster – including shaping, refining and developing keynote topics and speaking propositions to align with business objectives and market demand.
- Oversee the pipeline, forecasting and revenue tracking for the division. Deliver strategic reporting and commercial updates to the Managing Director.
- Represent InterTalent at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to elevate positioning.
- Identify emerging trends within the corporate events and speaking market to inform growth strategy.
- Line management of Events & Brands Assistant, including performance reviews, KPI setting and development/training.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within corporate talent booking, speaker representation or live events.
- Strong commercial expertise with a track record of negotiating high-value deals.
- Established network across speaker bureaus, event agencies, brands and corporate clients.
- Deep understanding of the corporate events landscape and evolving business priorities.
- Ability to shape and position talent narratives to align with corporate objectives.
- Strategic thinker with excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management and forecasting, and reporting experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to expand and evolve the division.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple teams and talent categories.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members, setting KPIs, and driving a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
