Role:

  • We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in digital-first talent to spearhead our Digital division. This key role will further drive the expansion of InterTalent’s creative and innovative representation across the Broadcast, Digital, and Entertainment sectors.
  • As Head of Digital, you will lead a talented team, develop a high-performing roster of top digital-first talent, and oversee the division’s P&L.
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that help clients unlock new opportunities through collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Duties:

  • Build and manage a roster of high-profile digital-first talent.
  • Lead and expand the Digital division, including recruiting and mentoring a team of agents.
  • Responsible for the divisions P&L and manage day-to-day departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to enhance and evolve their digital strategies.
  • Creating the annual strategy for delivery of budget and commercial objectives.
  • Delivering a creative vision and financial reports to the Managing Director monthly.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships across the digital ecosystem.
  • Further develop the reputation of InterTalent Digital as the premier choice for elite digital talent.

Skills and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of the digital, social media, and influencer landscape.
  • Proven experience as a digital-first talent agent or in a similar role.
  • Strong balance of creative vision and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in managing and enhancing talent’s public brand.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of winning and managing clients.
  • Professional, proactive, and results-driven with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A career-driven mindset with the ambition to make a lasting impact.
  • Ability to create and implement career strategies tailored to client goals.
