Mark is convinced that he’s the only gay man doing comedy in the world so please be respectful and don’t tell him otherwise! Rapidly making a name for himself both online and on the UK standup circuit, he has 135k followers on TikTok and 75k on Instagram, while in the real world (!) is appearing regularly at the UK’s biggest comedy clubs.

He has just completed a UK tour of his award-nominated, five-star Edinburgh Fringe debut I Need A Straight Guy* (“nothing short of brilliant” One4Review) which played to sold-out crowds at the Pleasance in August 2024. Mark was nominated in the Best Newcomer category for the ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2024, did tour support for Eshaan Akbar in 2023 and was shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award in 2022.

In starting out, Mark rapidly climbed the comedy ladder, winning the Frog and Bucket’s Beat the Frog Competition and Backyard Comedy Club’s Comedy Knockout, beating The Comedy Store’s King Gong as well as winning Up the Creek’s prestigious Blackout competition three times. He was runner-up from 300 entrants in the Max Turner Prize 2018, reached the final of the Leicester Square Theatre SketchOff Competition 2019 & ’20 and was a finalist in Southport New Comedian of the Year Competition 2021.
