View ListFor the past 15 years, I have been dedicated to developing and managing talent. After starting out at Actors’ agency ARG, I quickly found myself drawn to the world of comedy, which I believe is home to some of the most versatile and inspiring performers in the industry. This passion led me to establish the Comedy Department at James Grant Talent (now YMU) and, eventually, to launch my own creative Talent Management Agency, Hannah Layton Management, in early 2015.
Under my leadership, HLM became a well-regarded talent management company, with a strong and diverse roster of comedic writer/performers. My clients have been nominated for and won awards at the Edinburgh Fringe, and we ran a popular comedy night called ‘Hysterical Women,’ which provided a platform for women in comedy. I am especially proud of our two nominations for Best Agency for New Talent at The Edinburgh TV Festival’s New Voice Awards.

As a talent manager, I always strive to think creatively about client strategy and push the boundaries of the genres our talent emerges from. My focus is on creating a vision of long-term success and innovation in the sphere of talent management. I am dedicated to delivering results and unlocking the full potential of each client, which is why I am excited to have joined forces with InterTalent. Collaborating with some of the best agents in the business will allow us to offer clients an even higher level of service.
