Alia brings her strong spirituality into both her personal and professional life. She champions wellness in the workplace and is a certified Corporate Wellness Coach, First Aider and Mental Health First Aider. She is also an Energy Healer (Angelic Reiki), training to be a Spiritual Life Coach, a Reiki Master & Teacher (graduation July 2022) and Sound Healer (graduation September 2022).

In her spare time, Alia enjoys participating in spiritual workshops, reading energy through intuitive art, creating collage art, meditation, reformer pilates and learning languages.
