THE ROLE:
- We are looking for a commercials agent to build the commercials division and expand and develop opportunities within the world of advertising.
- The agent will be responsible for developing their own roster of top-level talent specifically for commercials whilst also working alongside and creating opportunities for existing InterTalent clients.
- This is a key position in building further InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Broadcast, Digital and Entertainment business.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working as a commercials agent or assistant at an established agency.
- A proven track record of successfully placing talent in commercials.
- Strong links with all relevant casting directors within this field.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent industry knowledge.
- Experience and expertise in dealing with contracts and negotiations.
- Proven ability to attract and retain talent and brand relationships.
- Experience in working with both profile and non-profile clients.
- High levels of energy and innovation coupled with the ability to thrive in a fluid and fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Tagmin (preferred, but not essential).
