THE ROLE:

  • We are looking for a commercials agent to build the commercials division and expand and develop opportunities within the world of advertising.
  • The agent will be responsible for developing their own roster of top-level talent specifically for commercials whilst also working alongside and creating opportunities for existing InterTalent clients.
  • This is a key position in building further InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Broadcast, Digital and Entertainment business.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a commercials agent or assistant at an established agency.
  • A proven track record of successfully placing talent in commercials.
  • Strong links with all relevant casting directors within this field.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent industry knowledge.
  • Experience and expertise in dealing with contracts and negotiations.
  • Proven ability to attract and retain talent and brand relationships.
  • Experience in working with both profile and non-profile clients.
  • High levels of energy and innovation coupled with the ability to thrive in a fluid and fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Tagmin (preferred, but not essential).
