Chris’ kitchen expertise began working under critically acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Atul Kocchar, this partnered with his background in athletics and passion for fitness Chris has developed a unique approach to eating well and is currently the cover star of Men’s Fitness Magazine for the second time with a 4 issue recipe series.

Chris Began his career winning BBC Ones Yes Chef in 2016 and has since cooked on Saturday Kitchen, was the resident Chef on ITV’s cooking with the stars Extra helpings and has recently filmed with Robson Green for the highest rating BBC documentary show ‘Weekend Escapes’ which airs this spring and is subsequently working on his own concept with ITV.

He regally works with Luxury brands such as Aston Martin and cooked for the DB12 launch in Monaco with more plans in the pipeline in the middle east this year.

Chris has cooked for profile names such as Tom Daley and David Gandy and recently worked on an Olympians wellness weekend for world class athletes  such as Paul’s Radcliffe, Daley Thompson, Rebecca Adlington, Colin Jackson and Denise Lewis and will be doing for the second time this year in Turkey.

Between 2019 and 2022, Chris was first ever face of M&S Food and resident chef. Chris fronted and led the ‘Fresh Market Update’ ITV partnership with his recipes focusing on British seasonal ingredients. The campaign reached millions of viewers each week on ITV and was proven the most successful campaign that M&S have ever ran generating millions in revenue.

Chris’ debut cookbook ‘Easy’ quickly climbed to number 1 on Amazon. Chris is in talks with his publisher for his second book.

In 2022, Chris joined forces and became the lead UK ambassador and advisor for premium cookware brand, Hexclad. His role involves creating content and helping grow the brand awareness in the UK through partnerships with talent and other businesses, as well as advising behind the scenes.

He is a regular face at the BBC Good Food Show along side household names such as Michelle Roux, James Martin Paul Ainsworth and Clare smith which see Chris cooking on stage to over 1000 people. Chris also works across other live events in the uk and over seas such as South Beach Food And Wine on Miami Beach.

Chris is currently working with a Luxury hotel group to launch his own wellness menu concept in London.
