In 2024, Jeff took on BBC 1’s Celebrity Race Across the World with his son Freddy, where their journey through South America became one of the year’s highest-rated and most talked-about TV moments, bringing in viewers of over 4 million each episode.
He followed this up with a well received journey through Austria and Switzerland on the latest series of Pilgrimage.

His career highlights include his recent west end debut in 101 Dalmatians, Reaching the end of the SAS Who Dares Wins selection process presenting the X Factor finals, ITV2’s I’m A Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here Now! in Australia, co-presenting Sky 1’s Angela and Friends, and hosting Channel 5’s OK!TV.
Alongside television, Jeff is highly sought-after by leading brands and has fronted campaigns for Wickes, P&O, NatWest, Sky Mobile, Jet2, British Gas, Lego, Butlins, Waitrose, Homecare, EE, McDonald’s, Suzuki, BMW and more.
As a talented writer, he has contributed to HuffPost and MSN, and held regular columns in The Daily Mirror, Now Magazine and Closer.
A qualified life coach and NLP Practitioner, Jeff published his first best selling book, The Grief Survival Guide (Hodder, 2017), which established him as a trusted voice on loss and resilience.
Before broadcasting, Jeff was a professional footballer with Leyton Orient, and he still plays regularly in charity matches. This year alone, Jeff has completed 2 Hyrox events, a 300 miles 3 day charity cycle from Venice to Como, an Ultra marathon (30 miles) and a 70.3 Ironman.
In his spare time he holds mental health walk & talks to facilitate healthy conversations in healing spaces and has facilitated walks attended by thousands of participants over the last 5 years.
