Originally from Gloucestershire, Bex moved to London in 2010 to attend The Academy of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA). After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Acting, Bex found a passion in Talent Management whilst interning at Stevenson Withers Associates in 2017-2018 under the tutelage of Senior Agent, Lindsay Kutner.
Bex is Associate Agent to Ashley Vallance.

Bex first joined InterTalent in early 2018 assisting both Ashley Vallance, Senior Agent and a Company Director, and Sam Day, Senior Agent and a Company Director. In 2022, Bex was promoted to an Associate Agent, enabling her to manage her own client list. Bex continues to work closely with Ashley across an exceptional roster of scripted and unscripted talent.
