Alex was appointed InterTalent’s Managing Director in November 2020 after 8 years at the talent agency, making him the youngest Managing Director in the company’s 30+ year history. He continues to represent his existing client base across the entertainment industry as well as oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, creative vision and leads on its acquisitions & partnerships.

Alex studied Theatre Producing at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama and went on to have stints in production on shows in the West End and at the Old Vic. Coming from a family of agents, he made the move into talent management at Curtis Brown before spending nearly four years at ARG where he worked with their high profile actors.

He joined InterTalent in 2012 and since then he has negotiated more than £40m in talent deals across all areas of the industry, as well as creating new and valuable IP for clients.

Since becoming MD, Alex has introduced Brand Partnership, Comedy, Digital, Events, Gaming & Sports divisions to the Group alongside bolstering its longstanding and highly acclaimed Scripted & Unscripted businesses. Under his tenure, the company has more than tripled its turnover and won Best Agency For New Talent at Edinburgh TV Festival’s New Voice Awards in 2022. Alex is the co-founder of Project 30 Studios, a production company specialising in talent-led formats, short form content & IP creation and is an Associate Producer on Vinnie Jones In The Country which was Discovery+ UK’s highest-rated show in 2023.

Alex was named in the Jewish News’s Top 20 Creative & Media Stars Under 40 list for 2024. He has chaired judging panels for the Edinburgh TV Awards, sat on the juries for the RTS Awards, New Voice Awards & bCreator Awards and spoken on various panels most recently for Channel 4 & The Future of Media.
