Team Assistant (Digital)

Job Description

InterTalent Rights Group is looking for a team assistant to build a career working with talent and creatives across digital.

You will directly support the Head of Digital and agents within the division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse list of content creators and influencers within the digital space.

You will have proven demonstrable experience working with content creators and influencers, with minimum of one year at a talent or influencer marketing agency, now looking to take on more responsibility and access a pathway towards an associate agent / agent role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with and assist agents in their daily responsibilities, working closely with other assistants and coordinators on operational tasks.
  • Supports agents to pitch talent clients for brand collaborations and various opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying and securing new opportunities for our existing roster of talent clients.
  • Support clients in content creation and social media management.
  • Support the management and nurturing of existing clients, overseeing the day-to-day activities of talent campaigns.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, brands, social media platforms, research tools, and competitors.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate agent when necessary.
  • Run errands and complete additional tasks as needed to support the team and clients.
  • Maintain and update databases while managing administrative systems effectively.

IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:

  • Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient IT skills, including applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based tools like GSuite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and stay calm in challenging situations.
