• Chosen Music is looking for an exceptional 360° Music Executive to join our senior team in Soho.
• This is an opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial music executive to build their own roster, create new business and shape careers across management, records, publishing, and partnerships – with the relationships, investment, and platform to make things happen.
• From day one, you will also take responsibility for one of Britain’s most exciting new music stories, The Hawkstone Farmers Choir, winners of Britain’s Got Talent 2026.

  • This is not a traditional artist management role. We want someone who understands the entire music ecosystem and knows how to turn exceptional talent and ideas into successful, sustainable global careers and businesses.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• • You will join the senior Chosen Music team with the platform, relationships, and freedom to build your own roster and significant new business.
  • Your title today might be artist manager, A&R executive, label or marketing executive, music entrepreneur – or something crossing several of those worlds. What matters is your track record, relationships, judgement, creativity, commercial instinct, energy, and ambition.
  • Depending on what an artist needs, Chosen may be their manager, record company, publisher, investor, strategic partner – or a combination.
  • Your role could encompass:
    • discovering and signing exceptional talent.
    • developing artist, creative and commercial strategy.
    • leading recording, release, and album campaigns.
    • identifying songs, writers, producers, and collaborators.
    • building digital, live, international and brand opportunities.
    • Negotiating deals; and bringing together the best team around each artist.
  • You will create opportunities rather than wait for them, while understanding that creativity and commerce go together. We are building careers and businesses, so investment, revenue, costs, and a positive P&L matter.

AN EXCEPTIONAL PROJECT FROM DAY ONE:

• Alongside building your own roster, you will take day-to-day responsibility for one of Britain’s most exciting new music stories: The Hawkstone Farmers Choir, winners of Britain’s Got Talent 2026.
• Their debut album, This Is Home, launches on 6^th Nov through The Orchard with the ambition of achieving a UK No.1, followed by an 18-date headline UK tour with SJM in Spring 2027, alongside major television, and festival opportunities, including Glastonbury.
• You will lead the campaign, working with the Choir, distributor, live agents, PR, digital/content teams, and other partners to maximise every creative and commercial opportunity.
• The Choir does not define the musical direction in which we expect you to take Chosen. It demonstrates something we fundamentally believe:
• Talent is talent. Great talent deserves great management.

WHO WE WANT:

• We want someone who:
  • lives and breathes music with an outstanding industry network.
  • has experience with touring artists and major release campaigns.

  • wants to build something, not simply occupy a role.
• Around 5–10 years’ music-industry experience would be typical, but exceptional people will be considered entirely on merit.
• Music is an international, relationship-driven business that does not always operate to conventional office hours. We want somebody whose ambition makes that exciting rather than inconvenient.

• Chosen Music is based in the heart of Soho. When not travelling or out doing the job, you will work with the team in the office four days a week.
