We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, pro-active, and forward-thinking senior Music Executive to join the Leadership Team at Chosen Music. You will be excited by what Chosen Music does and want to be part of an ambitious plan for growth and success.

 

This is an opportunity for someone to join a small knit team with global reach. You will also have access to the wider entertainment and digital businesses through our partnership with the highly regarded InterTalent Rights Group.

 

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, a music lover,  personable and adaptable, a team player, organised, able to work in a pressurised environment, juggle many priorities, possess high attention to detail, be digital first and have a proven track record of both artist development and commercial success.

 

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the music business and be capable of functioning to a high level in a fast-paced entrepreneurial  environment.

His Artists have won 15 MOBO Awards. Jonathan also Chairs the MOBO Charity Trust, co-chairs the Classic BRITS has co-produced stage shows in London’s West End and Las Vegas, and co-produced television documentaries with ITV and the BBC and two feature films. He is a Prime Minister appointed Hon Ambassador of the GREAT Campaign: GREAT Britain & Northern Ireland Campaign.

 

The Role

  •  You will be responsible for signing and developing your own Management Roster of best-in-class Artists, Songwriters & Producers .
  • Contributing and managing important new and existing clients.
  • Your role will also be to oversee the Company’s continued growth into Records and the wider entertainment business. Your leadership role will include but not be limited to; building the right infrastructure for releases, distribution partnerships, label services and Artists we sign to the Company.
  • As a Senior member of the team, you will contribute to the Company’s overall direction of future travel, culture of work, acts we sign and continue to work with.
  • Your role will be varied across the business. You will be creative and commercial; oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables for short and long-term projects across all sectors of client’s careers including, but not limited to, songwriting, recording, touring, brand partnerships, digital and marketing activations.
  • Alongside Alistair Goldsmith supporting the management and growth of the Chosen Music team.
