JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT TO MD

You will manage all logistics for the Managing Director as well as support him in the representation of our first-class entertainment talent. This role is client facing (with both talent and external parties).
This is a key position in building further InterTalent’s offering as the most driven and creative representation of leading talent across the Entertainment business. The successful applicant will be working directly for the Managing Director across the entire group to support our team and clients and help them reach their full potential through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Experience:
You will have had 2 years demonstrable experience in the entertainment industry.

Soho, London – office based 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of the MD
- Client diary and logistics management across a range of bookings (broadcast work, shoots, live events).
- Assisting in the securing and management of client employment from start to finish.
- Support the team in identifying new talent signings and developing formats in TV, podcasts, live shows.
- Collaborate with the wider InterTalent team.
- Attend events, shoots with clients and other potentially out-of-hours events.
Person Specification:
- Ambition, passion and hunger for a successful long-term career in talent management.
- Awareness of the talent landscape: it’s essential you consume and observe a range of media.
- Extensive understanding of social media as a business tool with eyes on upcoming digital trends and updates.
- Clear and compelling communications skills.
- First class organisational skills.
- High levels of energy and motivation coupled with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast paced environment.
- Creative, passionate but critical thinker with excellent attention to detail and be able to work with a wide variety of people.
- Crucially, you must have strong time management and multitasking skills.
