Sophia Pardon is a set and costume designer.

Sophia recently designed set and costumes for The Wizard of Oz (Watermill Theatre), How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying (Southwark Playhouse) and Once (Barn Theatre).

Further credits include the UK premiere of Head Over Heels (Hope Mill Theatre), Daddy Issues (Seven Dials Theatre), Clinton Baptiste (Hackney Empire & UK Tour), The Moors (Hope Theatre), Dirty Hearts (Old Red Lion Theatre), A Christmas Carol (The Barn Theatre), How to Make a Revolution (Finborough Theatre), Gorgon: A Horror Story (VAULTS Festival), Faustus (Queen Elizabeth Hall), Neck or Nothing (Pleasance Theatre), The Little Prince (Omnibus Theatre), A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Arthur and Merlin (St Paul’s Church, Covent Garden).

As assistant designer, Bonnie & Clyde for Philip Witcomb (Arts Theatre).

Screen credits include Luti Media’s Sylvia (as set designer), Chronic in Partnership with The Me Association (as production designer) and Flying Piglet Production’s Two’s a Crowd (as production designer).

Installations and site specific work includes Glow Arts’ Glow Illumination Trail (Cobtree Manor Park), and The Pod (Iris Theatre, Covent Garden).

Sophia designs set & costume for numerous top UK drama schools, including Arts Educational Schools London, Italia Conti, and Mountview.

Awards include an Offie Award nomination, shortlisting for Told by an Idiot’s Naomi Wilkinson Award, and a year-long residency at the NDT Broadgate Design Studio and a best costume nomination at the Comedy Short Awards.

Sophia is a 1^st class (Hons) graduate of Warwick University, and a graduate of the Wimbledon College of Arts MA (Distinction) in Theatre Design.
