Grammy award-winning producer/artist and songwriter Naughty Boy has spent the last decade working with global superstars to craft worldwide hits, collaborating with the likes of Emeli Sande, Sam Smith, Beyoncé, Rihanna and Ed Sheeran.

Responsible for discovering Emeli Sandé & Sam Smith, Naughty Boy co-wrote and produced the formers multiple Brit & MOBO award winning debut album ‘Our Version Of Events’ selling over 5 million copies. An artist in his own right, in 2013 his single “La La La” featuring Sam Smith was No1 in UK chart and multiple others.

His early music career was started from his parents shed where he built a studio with his winnings from the TV Show Deal or No Deal and a grant from The Princes Trust for whom he’s been a long standing Ambassador.

Originally from Watford, born on a council estate and raised in a Pakistani household, home is where his passion for a hearty meal full of flavour began. In his mother’s kitchen he would stand for hours and avidly watch, fascinated, as she ground and toasted spices, minced and sautéd onions and laboured with love to cook dishes for her family to enjoy.

Naughty Boy is passionate about creating food that’s laden with flavour and spice; Mary J Blige is a big fan of his sizzling riff on a traditional classic – she even took a serving of his Keema Shepherd’s Pie home with her in her car – and Sam Smith cites his spiced lamb kofta sandwich as “the very best he’s ever had’, Lorraine Kelly was won over by his charisma and his cooking when he appeared on her show and James Martin gave his approval on Saturday Kitchen, and he’s even cooked for Simon Cowell.

A dream collaboration come true for Naughty Boy was the creation of his very own burger, The Naughty One, in partnership with Shake Shack and sold in its flagship London restaurant. Like all of his recipes, the inspiration for The Naughty One came straight from his childhood and the food his Mum made at home. Working side-by-side with Shake Shack’s Culinary Director on recipe development, he proudly re-imagined his Mum’s secret raita sauce to accompany The Naughty One.

Naughty Boy’s mother is now suffering from Dementia, which has led him to learning more about the disease and campaigning for awareness by appearing on Lorraine, Sunday Morning Live and GMB as an Ambassador of Dementia UK.  Most recently he created and donated a track for ‘ITV’s Million Minutes Campaign’ all whilst recording his new album.

On TV, Naughty Boy took part in ITV’s Cooking With The Stars and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here 2021.
