A passionate runner and para-athlete, Milly has taken on challenges including the TCS London Marathon (twice!), and in 2023 became the first amputee to complete the Red Bull 400, the world’s steepest 400m race. She has also established herself as a confident and engaging broadcaster, where in 2024 she joined Channel 4’s Paralympics coverage in Paris, presenting from the Games, interviewing medal-winning athletes and reporting across multiple sports. In 2026, she returned to the TCS London Marathon as a presenter, combining on-course running with interviews and behind-the-scenes coverage.
Milly’s growing profile has also seen her become the cover star of The Red Bulletin’s February/March 2026 UK edition, putting her alongside some of the world’s most inspiring figures in sport and adventure. She has also featured in HELLO!, with a five-page spread exploring her remarkable journey and work with Channel 4, and has graced the covers of both Enable Magazine and Women’s Running. Her influence has also been recognised by Cosmopolitan, where she was named among its 2021 Positivity Index, celebrating individuals using their platforms to inspire positivity and make a difference.
With an engaging, energetic and refreshingly honest style, Milly brings together storytelling, entertainment and advocacy. Whether she’s presenting, competing, creating content or simply sharing the realities of life, her message is consistent: disability shouldn’t define your limits.
