Laura is an award-nominated actress from Yorkshire.

She is currently starring as Lina Lamont in Singin’ in the Rain at the Royal Exchange, Manchester, following her recent appearance as Danielle in 101 Dalmatians at the Eventim Apollo.

A celebrated comic performer, Laura originated the roles of Dawn in the original London cast of Waitress (Adelphi Theatre) and Adele in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella (Gillian Lynne Theatre).

Her other stage work includes Half A Sixpence (Kilworth House Theatre), Beautiful (UK Tour), Eugenius (The Other Palace – WhatsOnStage nominee, Best Actress in a Musical), Big Fish (The Other Palace), Shrek (UK Tour) and Betty Blue Eyes (UK Tour).

On screen, Laura made her television debut as a YouTube Exorcist in season two of the Disney+ comedy Extraordinary. Her film work includes The Conjuring: Last Rites and the festive feature Christmas Karma, directed by Gurinder Chadha.
