Adele most recently appeared as Carina in Eureka Day at Nottingham Playhouse, directed by James Grieve. Prior to this, she concluded a successful run in the world premiere of Mischief Theatre’s The Comedy About Spies at the Noël Coward Theatre, where she originated the role of Rosemary.

In 2024, Adele received a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the Black British Theatre Awards for her portrayal of Emily Brontë in Underdog: The Other Other Brontë at the National Theatre. She also won Outstanding Performance at the National Film Awards for her work as Cleopatra in Queen Cleopatra, available to watch on Netflix.

Her stage credits include Underdog: The Other Other Brontë; The Importance of Being Earnest for English Touring Theatre, Leeds Playhouse and Rose Theatre; Much Ado About Nothing at Dubai Opera; The Picture of Dorian Gray; and Stopcock.

For screen, her credits include recurring character Tina Mollett in Casualty; Doctors; and When Boys Don’t Talk About Sex.
