‘ Ore Oduba will star in the new touring production of Richard O’Brien’s musical The Rocky Horror Show.
The presenter and Strictly Come Dancing winner will play Brad Majors in the show, which is directed by Christopher Luscombe and opens at Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre on July 12.
It will visit locations across the UK, finishing at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend in June 2022. Oduba will perform in the first two months of the tour, until it reaches Llandudno’s Venue Cymru in September.
He will appear alongside returning cast members Stephen Webb, Philip Franks Haley Flaherty, Kristian Lavercombe, Lauren Ingram, Callum Evans and Joe Allen.
Joining the cast are Reece Budin, Jordan Fox, Rachel Grundy and Danny Knott.
Oduba said: “I can’t wait to join the cast of the Rocky Horror Show. Like everybody, I’ve missed the stage so much and Rocky really is the perfect show to welcome audiences back to theatres.” ‘
